We are delighted to welcome you to Naturno, a charming little market town which gets 315 days of sun a year and less rainfall than anywhere else in the eastern Alps, even less than neighbouring villages do! The exceptionally mild, sunny cliamte has a great effect on the village people and visitors alike and everyone appreciates the beauty of the surrounding countryside. Figs and kiwi ripen in the house gardens, grape vines flourish up to 900 mt. on the Sonnenberg slopes in the nearby Nature Park and apple orchards stretch as far as the eye can see. There are more apple trees in the valley than there are inhabitants! The sun bleaches the wooden balconies of the quaint little farmhouses and walkers and hikiers get a very enviable tan. LIfe is laid-back and relaxed here and there is so much for guests to do and see. The state-of-the-art Aqua Adventure Park is very popular and there are something like fifty Waalwege, gentle, shady paths meandering along the farmers' irrigation channels.
